October 3rd
Yesterday, in addition to my cereal and mid-morning soda (220), I also had a small cup of applesauce (50). For lunch, I had to eat quick, so I hit the BK for a whopper jr. (430) and Onion Rings (180). The total so far was 880, leaving 920 for dinner. I had leftover sloppie joes (the bun = 130), and a small sliver of Paula's Pie. It is so sweet, I can't eat much more, but that's probably a good thing. I guess the sloppy joes were 300 and the pie 200, so that was around 650 (maybe a little more for dinner).
Today is more of the same with cereal (150) and C2 soda (70).
Thanks to my pal Eric for bringing me the Chik-Fil-A kids meal for lunch. I had 6 nuggets (200) and sauce (25) and fries (270). He also brought me a lemonade, which I normally wouldn't have, but he said it came with it. Okay. The site lists the small lemonade at 170, but I think this was smaller than the regular small. Well, my total for lunch was 665. Add that to breakfast, I have a total of 885 calories today.
That leaves me with 915 calories for dinner. Did you know that Dominoes Philly Cheese pizza is only 130 calories a slice? WOW!! Almost seems too good to be true. 3 pieces would only be 390 calories, so I would be way under for the day. The challenge is...Only eating 3 pieces!
