October 5th
For lunch yesterday, we had free food from Johnny Carino's. I had a piece of the chicken parm, and a piece of a meatball. I also had spagetti and bow-ties in a primevera sauce (I think). I topped it off with a large portion of salad, and italian dressing. I had a chocolate craving, so I had a fun-size Twix (80).
For dinner, I had a serving and a half of mashed potatoes (330) and a piece of fried chicken (235). Then for dessert, a small slither of Paula's pie (200).
I had the usual breakfast (150) and c2 (70). For Dinner, I am making Paula's spagetti pie, so I will be only eating a Smart One's meal for lunch.

Hey Mar you go girl! Sorry I haven't posted sooner, been pretty busy trying to buy a house and finally today it fell through. They wanted too much $$ for what needed to be repaired on the house and couldn't get them to budge. Oh well, there's next time!
It sounds like you're doing good. You're right baby steps, that way you can make changes and stick to them. And besides you'll probably keep the weight off this way. What type of diet are you doing or are you just doing your own thing?
I did my own thing, it worked best for me that way since I'm a veggiehead. But I've kept it off so far. I started last Nov. after we came back from our anniversary trip. I looked at myself, felt terrible, and didn't have as much energy as I needed. Being older I knew that if I didn't do something now that it would only contiue and it would get harder to take the weight off. So I started, right before the holidays, and made my way through. By the time we left for vacation the end of March I had last 20 lbs. I felt so much better!
So I know you can do it, just keep on keeping on! I'll encourge you. You're beatiful inside and out , so now it's your time to feel like it!
peace,
elle
